Note: Due to license agreements, Sony is unable to provide or replace the software COA, product key, or product license for Microsoft software shipped with a VAIO computer and received by the customer.
If you cannot locate the Product Key, please ensure that it has not been filed away with other documentation or items included with the computer. The Product Key is attached to the back of the Microsoft Product Indentifier leaflet, bundled with your other VAIO documentation (Quick Start-up Guide, Safety and Support Regulations).
If your VAIO was purchased with optional Microsoft Office 2010 or Office 2013 software, you will be requested to enter a unique Product Key upon first launch of Microsoft Office.
