Your problem is I believe that you're not using the Epson holders. Lehaininh edited this topic 61 months ago. Problem is the scanner won't go through 12 frames automatically. Sometimes I just lazy, and want to just scan the whole strip flat without any changes of settings (I'll do later in LR). I'd think this feature is of the app, not the scanner though.ģ. Is it because the V500 doesn't have that feature? I've seen people do that with Epson scan app on Mac, with V550, V600. Which sometimes makes it really hard to adjust the settings (exposure, contrast.) and such. Also when previewing, I don't have options to rotate, flip the frame. The 'Thumbnail' checkbox is at the bottom left of the window.į/htmldocs/gt20k_/gt20k_ug/images/c.Ģ. When 'Thumbnail' unticked, it works fine.īut I'd think if I were able to use thumbnail, I would be when preview, have separated frames, which is helpful rather than now I always have one strip, and I need to crop each frame manually to adjust things and then scan.

It says something like 'Document not found'. Here are some things that bug me - I'm not sure if they're supposed to be like that or not. But was really happy when I got my V500 from a friend, without the stock film holders -> I scan directly on the glass, with a piece of anti newton glass on top.
